Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, has been a tracks member for over 10 years and coaching since 2024. My current job is a homemaker and u6 soccer coach. My favorite lift is the clean. My favorite local restaurant is Walt's Hitching post. My hobby’s consist of drinking beers, skiing, traveling, dungeons and dragons, boating and obviously working out. My family consists of my husband and 2 daughters. My main squeeze is my cat Alan Gary. My secret talents consist of a clean back squat and licking my elbow. Give it a try.
