I was born in the coolest little small town ever- Astoria, OR (Goonies anyone?). I have a beautiful teenage daughter, two handsome little boys (cats), and the most supportive and loving partner I could have ever hoped for! Outside of the gym, I work at FedEx Ground as an Operations Admin in the Quality Assurance department. Over the years, I’ve come to realize just how precious time really is and how a simple life is where it’s at! So for me, yard work, cleaning, baking, feeding the birds, traveling around this beautiful planet, and just being with my little family brings me so much joy. I’ve always been active or involved with sports and fitness, but my love of coaching really deepened after I interned at The Tracks in 2016. I was asked to launch the brand new Burn program and jumped at the opportunity! It’s been amazing to see the classes grow over the years and how each member has evolved into being their own version of confident, strong, powerful, and resilient! Weight lifting is fun and most definitely important for health and longevity, but my favorite form of exercise is running. If you know me, you know I love cardio! I also have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and I’m a certified sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).
My real passion in coaching lies in helping others overcome doubts or fears they may have within themselves to develop into strong human beings- not just physically, but mentally as well. There’s no greater feeling than knowing that you can do hard things, in all aspects of life. No matter what your circumstance may look like, YOU CAN DO IT. And in a great community like The Tracks, you are not alone!
